The studio can also be rented by two students for an additional charge of 150€ a month. BUILDING AND NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment of this studio is located in Charlottenburg, just a 1-minute walk to public transportation. Supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. On the ground floor of the building, there are vending machines and a modern laundry center that can be conveniently used. Usage is subject to a small fee. We offer cleaning services upon request.
