HeyStudent was founded by Konstantinos Stengos with the vision of creating a more trusted and structured student accommodation experience.

Growing up in an environment closely connected to construction, real estate, shipping, and large-scale business operations, Konstantinos developed an early understanding of how trust, quality, and long-term relationships shape successful housing experiences.

His perspective has been influenced by years of exposure to Technical Olympic, one of Greece's most established construction and property groups, where he gained valuable insight into real estate development, operations, infrastructure projects, and business strategy.

The Stengos family's entrepreneurial footprint extends far beyond Greece. Through Technical Olympic USA, the group successfully expanded into the United States, where it became one of the largest construction contractors in the country during its peak years, ranking among the top construction firms nationwide. The family has also maintained a strong presence in the maritime sector through Technomar Shipping, further strengthening its expertise across international business, logistics, and global operations.

Today, Konstantinos leads HeyStudent's strategic direction, combining this legacy of international entrepreneurship with a modern technology-driven approach. His focus is on global growth, innovation, and building a trusted platform that creates stronger connections between students, accommodation providers, and housing partners around the world.

Andreas Georgantzelis

Chief Technology Officer

Andreas Georgantzelis leads the technological vision behind HeyStudent.

Having worked as a Full Stack Developer for more than five years, Andreas brings extensive experience in software engineering, platform development and scalable web technologies. He studied Computer Science at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where he built a strong foundation in software architecture, systems engineering and modern application development.

At HeyStudent, Andreas oversees platform architecture, product development, infrastructure and technical innovation. His focus is on building technology that creates a seamless experience for students and hosts while ensuring performance, reliability and security at every stage of the journey.

Dimitris Delaveridis

Head of Onboarding

Dimitris Delaveridis leads onboarding and operational excellence at HeyStudent.

Having studied Economics at the University of Macedonia, Dimitris combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of marketplace operations and customer experience.

He works closely with hosts and accommodation providers, helping them successfully onboard properties, optimize listings and deliver a high-quality experience to students. His work ensures that every new partner joining the platform is set up for long-term success.

Christos Tsimogianis leads strategic partnerships and business development at HeyStudent.

A graduate of International Business at Deree College, Christos specializes in relationship management, international collaboration and partnership growth.

He works closely with accommodation providers, universities, student housing operators and strategic partners to expand HeyStudent's global network and strengthen opportunities for students searching for accommodation worldwide.
