These terms apply to the $1,000 HeyStudent Gift Card Giveaway. Entry is free and no purchase, payment, or financial commitment is necessary to enter or win.
Four winners will each receive a $250 USD HeyStudent Gift Card.
The promotion ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
Participants must explicitly consent to receive marketing communications at signup to be eligible.
Entry into the promotion is free and open to individuals who complete a valid signup during the Promotional Period.
To be eligible for entry, participants must successfully complete the signup process.
Participants must provide accurate and valid contact information.
Participants must explicitly consent to receive marketing communications, promotional emails, SMS messages where applicable, and other marketing offers at the time of signup.
Participants who do not provide the required marketing consent will not be eligible for the promotion.
The promotion begins upon launch and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC ("Promotional Period").
Entries received after this date and time will not be eligible.
A random drawing will be conducted on or around June 30, 2026 to select four (4) winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
Four (4) winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive a $250 USD HeyStudent Gift Card.
The total promotional value is $1,000 USD in HeyStudent Gift Cards.
Gift cards may only be redeemed during checkout on HeyStudent.com toward eligible bookings, accommodations, products, or services available on the platform.
Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, refunded, or substituted for cash or any other form of compensation.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, automated entries, fraudulent entries, or entries containing false or misleading information may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organizer.
Winners will be notified using the email address provided during signup.
If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Gift cards are valid only for purchases made through HeyStudent.com.
Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the winning participant.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, resold, or credited to any payment method.
Any unused balance, expiration period, or redemption restrictions will be governed by the applicable HeyStudent Gift Card policy.
If a purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the participant is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
By participating in this promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information may be collected and processed for the administration of the promotion.
Their information may be used for marketing communications, newsletters, promotional offers, and related business communications, provided they have given the required consent during signup.
Participation is subject to the organizer's Privacy Policy.
No purchase, payment, or financial commitment is necessary to enter or win this promotion.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.
